I joined the Army at 17, diving into the world of military intelligence as an all-source intelligence analyst. As a 17 year old, I learned a lot about discipline and maintaining a standard. When at Fort Carson, I quickly excelled in analysis and communication, skills that later proved invaluable to me. However, my service came to an unexpected end when I was medically retired. Choosing to stay in Colorado Springs, I embraced a new chapter in a community I had grown to love.
Upon leaving the Army, I turned to my true passion: martial arts. While training, competing, and coaching actively (I still do), I realized professional competition wasn’t my path. Instead, I decided to apply my military skills to managing athletes. This transition felt natural, blending my analytical skills with my love for the sport.
Recognizing the need to bolster my business knowledge, I began pursuing an MBA in Sports Management. This education has been key in sharpening my ability to navigate the complex sports business landscape, enriching my approach to athlete management.
Today, I work closely with fighters to develop tailored strategies that align with their unique career goals, advocating for their success both in and out of the ring. My journey from military analyst to MMA manager reflects my dedication to supporting others in achieving their dreams, leveraging my past to build their futures.
